This Rolex Bubbleback is dated circa 1932 which makes it one of the earliest ever made and is an important timepiece in the history of watchmaking.

Gay Frères were the most renowned bracelet manufacturer of the time and produced watch bands for Rolex, and later Patek Philippe and Vacheron Constantin.

This model Rolex bracelet pre-dates the crown logo on the clasp.

The crown on the clasp was introduced after this model was produced.
